A True Visionary
Latitude Design Group is headquartered in historic downtown Charleston on one of the most quintessential streets in the city. The firm's principal, T. Phillips, considers himself to be a hybrid of the North and South. Growing up in southern Virginia with true family roots out of the LowCountry and Atlanta, T has always had his heart in Charleston even though his professional endeavors led him to New York City and the surrounding metro area. Working with numerous international luxury fashion and furniture companies over the last 20 plus years T has developed a dynamic and diverse background in marketing, advertising, interior design, large scale event planning, ecommerce sales and social media. His scope of work has encompassed projects in New York City, The Hamptons, Greenwich, Palm Beach, Miami, Beverly Hills, Costa Mesa, Scottsdale, Dallas, Chicago, Toronto, London and Munich. Latitude Design Group is a newly established firm that has also conducted projects in multiple states for private and public clients. T's design work continues to evolve based on the needs of his clients. He works on single family and multi-unit residential and commercial projects nationwide. His eye for detail is always impressive. T isn't afraid to push his clients to broaden their design approach based on his philosophy: “the space will tell you what it needs”.

Chic and Sophisticated
In this bathroom, the clean lines of the quartz countertops and natural texture of the custom floating vanity work perfectly with the tile that encompass every wall. The frameless shower and volcanic limestone soaking tub also lend to the desired spa-like setting. The result is a place of peace and beauty in harmony with its surroundings.
Open and Inviting
Theses spaces were completely reimagined to create an open space that builds appeal and interest through layers of texture and natural light. The final result exceeded the clients’ expectations and has become a design focal point.
"Architecture should speak of its time and place, but yearn for timelessness."
